In the early stages of its establishment, the company mainly provided investment consulting services for German enterprises in China, involving investment and financing consulting for German enterprises in China, joint venture cooperation, and other aspects. Since 2020, the company has made helping Chinese and European enterprises implement strategic mergers and acquisitions as its core business and successfully completed multiple cross-border mergers and acquisitions cases with huge industry influence, becoming a pioneer in the field of Sino European merger and acquisition consulting.

Cn Eu Consulting  has established subsidiaries in Shanghai and Beijing respectively. Now, employees from the Frankfurt, Shanghai, and Beijing offices can provide fully localized services to clients in both China and Europe.
